Morning LPN

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a caring Morning LPN to support residents in our vibrant community. In this role, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and documentation while promoting safety, dignity, and independence. You'll collaborate closely with caregivers, nurses, and physicians, communicate with families, and respond promptly to resident needs. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents during morning shifts, including assessments and treatments
• Administer medications safely and accurately per physician orders and community policies
• Monitor residents' conditions, document in EHR, and report changes promptly to supervising nurse or physician
• Support care plans focused on dignity, independence, and safety for each resident
• Collaborate with caregivers, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate quality care
• Communicate effectively with residents' families, addressing questions and concerns professionally
• Assist with ADLs as needed and respond quickly to call bells and emergent needs
• Follow infection control, fall prevention, and safety protocols consistently
• Participate in training, in-services, and quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a positive, resident-first, team-oriented community culture
