Licensed Practical Nurse

RCM Healthcare Services seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver quality patient care across diverse clinical settings with our nationwide client partners. In this role, you will provide direct bedside care, administer medications within LPN scope, perform treatments, and accurately document in EMRs. You'll collaborate with RNs, physicians, and allied staff to support care plans and educate patients and families. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN or physician supervision, including vital signs, treatments, and medication administration per scope of practice
• Document patient status, care provided, and responses accurately in electronic medical records
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring smooth coordination of care
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to support care plans
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards in all clinical activities
• Support patient education on treatments, medications, and self-care as directed by providers
• Collaborate with RCM recruiters and client facilities to adapt to varying clinical settings and protocols
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain competencies and licensure requirements
