About the Role:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our weekend shift team. As a CNA at Dry Harbor Nursing Home, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities:Provide high-quality patient care, including vital signs, bathing, and dressing
Assist with medication administration and treatment plans as directed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and activities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
