Affirmed Home Care is looking for experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for children in their homes throughout Queens, NY
.

- Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
- At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical completed within the last 12 months
- Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years, if applicable)
- Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)
As a Pediatric Registered Nurse with Affiliated Home Care, you'll provide individualized, high-quality skilled nursing care in a one-on-one home setting. You'll build meaningful relationships with your patients and their families while receiving ongoing support from our experienced clinical and administrative teams.
