• Give staff educational in-services and instruct classes in BLS for staff.
• Collect patient healthcare data systematically using appropriate assessment techniques.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses.
• Identify expected outcomes and anticipate unexpected or adverse outcomes.
• Provide emergency care in accordance with the Centers policy.
• Develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes.
• Implement interventions identified in the plan of care.
• Evaluate the patient's progress toward attainment of expected outcomes.
• Educate the patient and family to facilitate healthy adjustment to new health patterns.
• Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary team and promote collegial relationships.

• Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York

• 3 years nursing experience required

• Registered Nurse License-NYS
• Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification preferred
