Gastroenterology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)
Location: New Windsor, NY
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation:$140,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on years of GI experience and credentials
Join a Collaborative Gastroenterology Team in the Hudson Valley
An established physician-led multispecialty medical group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing Gastroenterology team in New Windsor, New York.
This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys building meaningful patient relationships, managing a wide range of GI conditions, and working alongside experienced Gastroenterologists in a supportive and collaborative practice environment.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with gastrointestinal conditions
- Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate pre- and post-procedure patient care
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies
- Prescribe medications and provide patient education
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Qualifications
Required
- Current New York State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Active DEA registration
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Gastroenterology experience
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred
- Experience with IBD, liver disease, or GI motility disorders
- Bilingual Spanish skills
- Hospital privileges or ability to obtain privileges
