We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Manhattan, NY (10016). In this vital role, you will deliver high‑quality, personalized patient care across a range of healthcare environments, including hospitals, long‑term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and post‑acute care settings.

Requirements- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility support using assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts and transfer equipment.
- Measure, monitor, and accurately record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration) in electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or eClinical
Works. - Support licensed nursing staff with patient observation, rounding, and routine clinical tasks while adhering to HIPAA and facility protocols.
- Provide compassionate care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, behavioral health needs, or post‑acute rehabilitation requirements.
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver coordinated, patient‑centered care.li>
- Maintain infection control standards, including aseptic techniques during wound care, catheter care, and isolation procedures.
- Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and positioning while ensuring safety and proper body mechanics.
- Support rehabilitation and recovery programs by assisting patients with exercises, mobility routines, and daily activities.
- Deliver respectful and compassionate care to diverse patient populations, primarily adult and geriatric patients.
- Document all patient care activities thoroughly and accurately within facility‑approved medical documentation systems.
- Current and valid New York State CNA certification
