About the Role

The Lead PMHNP serves as a clinical and operational leader for SOL's psychiatric team. You'll provide 10-20 hours of direct patient care each week while supervising and developing PMHNPs and PAs, driving performance, and ensuring adherence to SOL's clinical standards.

What You'll Do
  • Provide outpatient psychiatric care through in-person and telehealth visits.
  • Provide individual supervision and coaching to psychiatric clinicians.
  • Set and monitor expectations around quality, documentation, patient care, and productivity.
  • Conduct chart and performance reviews and address performance opportunities.
  • Support onboarding and development of new clinicians.
  • Partner with clinical and therapy leadership on integrated care, clinical standards, and quality initiatives.
  • Support clinician hiring and team development.
What We're Looking For
  • Active, unrestricted NY DEA registration
    .
  • 3-5+ years of post-licensure clinical experience.
  • Prior clinical supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Comfortable using data to drive performance and identify opportunities.
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
