Director of Nursing- Job Summary
The Endoscopy Center of Queens (TECQ) is actively seeking a Director of Nursing to join our elite team. This state-of-the-art endoscopy ambulatory surgical center located in the heart of Astoria, Queens, features three procedure rooms. This is a working position where you will be directly involved with patient care. If you are an experienced leader looking to make a significant impact in a supportive and dynamic environment,
Responsibilities- Manage and mentor nursing staff including training
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Collaborates with the anesthesiologists and gastroenterologist providers
- Knowledge of accreditation standards
- Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participates in the Quality Improvement Program
- Responsible for the nursing care received and ensure that high standards of care are maintained
- This is a working position where you will be directly involved with patient care

Monday-Friday with some Saturdays No Sundays
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $145,000 - $170,000 Competitive sign on bonus
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required – MSN preferred
- Active New York State Registered Nurse License
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership
- Ambulatory Surgical experience preferred
