We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team at Kings Harbor Multicare Center, a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Pelham Gardens neighborhood of the Bronx. As an LPN with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, who come from diverse backgrounds and require a range of care levels.

• Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by our medical staff

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care and services

• Document resident care and progress accurately and timely

• Educate and support residents, families, and caregivers on resident care and needs

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in the State of New York

• 0 years of experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and nights

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with assistance as needed
