Facility: The Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center
Salary: Up to $125,000 per year
The Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nursing professional to take on a key leadership role in a supportive and fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
RN Supervisor Responsibilities:Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
Ensure high-quality resident care in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
Serve as a clinical resource and leader for nursing team members
Oversee medication administration and treatment delivery
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes
Respond to emergencies and provide clinical guidance as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of New York
Prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
