Eastern Star Home is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team in Oriskany, NY. As a CNA Evening Shift, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their daily needs are met with dignity and respect. As a CNA Evening Shift at Eastern Star Home, you will be responsible for providing routine, daily nursing care to assigned residents, following established nursing care procedures and as directed by your supervisor. You will also participate in and receive report from the nurse upon reporting for duty, review Resident Care Profiles daily, and assist residents with daily living activities.

• Provide routine, daily nursing care to assigned residents, following established nursing care procedures and as directed by your supervisor
• Participate in and receive report from the nurse upon reporting for duty
• Review Resident Care Profiles daily to ensure appropriate nursing care
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and hairstyling
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Charge Nurse
• Perform all assignments and tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, interact with residents, visitors, physicians, volunteers, and co-workers in a friendly and helpful manner

• High School Diploma and Nursing Assistant certification
• On-the-job or equivalent training in nursing procedures
• Ability to perform lifting, bending, and stretching without limitations

• Competitive hourly rate of $21-$22.50
