Job Description:

Here is a list of some of the standard primary and acute care managed at the clinic;

• hypertension, diabetes, ADHD, GERD, UTIs, URIs, STDs, sprains, allergies, wellness exams, sick visits and school physicals.
• Collaboration with Physician

Collaboration with the center's medical staff, wellness staff and substance abuse specialists as necessary.

Role

Description:

This is a contract role for a Locums FNP with The Locums Company, LLC in Glenmont, NY. The Locums FNP will work on-site and provide medical care to student patients in accordance with their medical specialty and expertise. We offer excellent compensation, and professional liability insurance.

Job Requirement:

• Active and unrestricted state medical license in New York
• Experience in providing medical care to adolescent patients, including performing medical procedures and prescribing medications
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work 5.5 hours per week as needed
  
  Prior experience as a locums FNP is a plus
• Valid Federal DEA license

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

• 5.5 hours per week
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
