About the RoleCallen‑Lorde is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse–Per Diem to joinour integrated team. As an LPN you will play a crucial role in assisting primary care providers, including physicians and mid-level providers, in delivering top‑noten patient care. Your responsibilities will include providing general nursing care, assisting with triage, offering patient services and providing clinical support.

- Assist with triage proceduresandpatient assessments.
- Offerpatientserviceswith empathyandprofessionalism.
- Provideclinicalsupportinvarious healthcare settings.
- Always ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the Nursing team.
This is a Per Diem position requiring a flexible schedule of 10-20 hours per week.
Clinic hours are Monday and Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM;
Wednesday and Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM;
Friday: 10:00AM - 4:45 PM.
