As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and residents, while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will supervise a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high‑quality patient care. You will also be responsible for:

• Leading by Example: Demonstrating expertise and knowledge in clinical practice, while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Providing guidance, feedback, and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Patient‑Centered Care: Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans that promote positive outcomes and satisfaction.
• Quality Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
