Eleanor Nursing Care Center is looking for an exceptional Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our dedicated clinical team at our 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility
.

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations within our 120-bed skilled nursing facility

• Inspire, mentor, coach, and develop a dedicated nursing team

• Partner with the Administrator and Regional Clinical Team to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes

• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, compassion, and excellence

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory standards

• Drive quality improvement initiatives and strengthen clinical practices

• Create a positive, resident-centered environment where residents and employees feel valued

• Lead by example and serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your nursing team

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Previous nursing leadership experience preferred — ADON, DON, Unit Manager, or similar

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical best practices

• A compassionate and confident leader who motivates others
