Registered Nurse (RN) Integrative & Supportive Care | The Stram Center for Integrative Medicine

Delmar, NY | Monday-Friday | No Weekends or Holidays
$42-$45/hr (Non-exempt), depending on experience and IV skill level

Your Role at a Glance Infusion & Clinical Care

Start a high volume of peripheral IVs, including challenging ones
Access central lines (ports/PICCs)
Provide infusion care for chronic illness and oncology-support patients
Monitor, assess, and communicate clearly with patients
Empower patients with calm, compassionate education

Supportive Therapies (We Will Train You)

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
Soft Wave
PRP assistance
Red light therapy

Care Coordination

Guide patients through complex treatment plans
Respond to patient inquiries through phone and portal
Participate in weekly case rounds with our medical team
Support a tightly connected team of:
NPs & PAs
Licensed Massage Therapists
Mental Health Counselors
Work both independently and collaboratively in a coordinated flow

Qualifications

Proficient in peripheral IV placement
Able to access central lines
Strong assessment and communication skills
Willingness to learn supportive therapies and phlebotomy
Comfortable working in both team-based and autonomous settings
