About This Role

The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of patient care on an assigned unit, focusing on improving patient care experiences and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders looking to advance their careers in a prestigious medical center.

• Pay: $145,000 - $168,000/year
• Location: New York, NY
• Facility: New York-Presbyterian Hospital
• Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift

• Manage the delivery of patient care on an assigned unit.
• Facilitate efficient daily operations related to patient throughput.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality in patient care.
• Collaborate with the Patient Care Director to establish unit goals.
• Monitor staff compliance with regulatory and hospital requirements.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Master’s in Nursing preferred

Experience:

• 2 years of clinical nursing experience required
• Previous acute care experience preferred
• Previous leadership experience as charge nurse or supervisor preferred

Licenses &

Certifications:

• NYS RN license required
• BCLS certification required
