About This Role

The Assistant Nurse Manager for the Peds CCVCU on the Evening Shift provides clinical leadership and management for a patient care unit, assisting in the development of an environment focused on excellence in patient and family service.

• Monitor staff attendance and ensure appropriate staffing and skill mix.
• Provide direct patient care as needed to support clinical operations.

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required

• 2+ years of experience required

• Current Registered Professional Nurse licensure in New York State
• Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
• Clinical certification in the patient population served or nurse leader certification preferred
