About the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate LPN to join our compassionate team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and performing various medical procedures. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments

• Perform routine patient assessments and document patient information

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New York

• Prior experience preferred
