Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or other licensed healthcare professional

• Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by a healthcare provider

• Monitor and report patient vital signs, medications, and treatments

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care

Requirements:

• Active NY LPN license

• BLS or ALS CPR certification

• Strong commitment to patient care and outstanding communication abilities

• Prepared to commit and get started right away
