Qualifications:
- Must be a Nurse Practitioner with active NY License
- Prefer 2 years related clinical experience in Family Medicine, Primary Care, outpatient, ambulatory practice, etc.
- Ability to treat the full lifespan (children, adolescents, adults)
- DEA License
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
