CNA – LTC​/SNF

$1199.52/week -

Job Summary:

Provide direct patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting, supporting nursing staff with daily duties and patient assistance to promote comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient mobility, including ambulation and transfer using assistive devices.
• Aid patients with feeding, bathing, grooming, and skin care to ensure hygiene and comfort.
• Change linens, perform bed baths, and provide routine skin and foot care.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition, including urine/stool incontinence and fluid intake/output.
• Follow infection control protocols, including donning and removing PPE and adhering to isolation precautions.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as hospital beds, oxygen tanks, and wheelchairs.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license active in the state of New York.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in LTC or SNF settings.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and patient transfers.
• Strong understanding of infection prevention practices, including PPE procedures.
• Must submit fingerprint forms within 48 hours of onboarding.
• Ability to work evening shifts (5x8 hours, 15:00-23:00).
