About This Role
The Clinical Nurse I - RN - Surgical Oncology position at New York-Presbyterian is ideal for compassionate nurses dedicated to providing exceptional care in a dynamic oncology environment. This part-time role involves working with multidisciplinary teams to support patients undergoing treatment.
Highlights- Pay: $129,681 - $141,006/year
- Location: New York, NY
- Facility: New York-Presbyterian
- Schedule: Part-Time, Day shift
- Administer chemotherapy and manage symptoms for oncology patients.
- Educate families about treatment plans and care processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Participate in clinical decision-making and patient care planning.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
- At least 2 years of acute care RN experience in oncology preferred.
Certifications:
- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain).
- BCLS certification required.
- Oncology Nursing Certification preferred.
