Urgent Care Provider – NP / PA | Brooklyn, NY

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing urgent care practice in Brooklyn.

Full-time and per diem schedules are available.

• Combination of in-office urgent care and telehealth

• Treat pediatric and adult urgent care patients
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat common acute illnesses and conditions
• Manage URI, UTI, flu/COVID, infections, rashes, GI conditions, and other common urgent care cases
• Conduct telehealth visits when needed
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice
• Determine when patients require referral or a higher level of care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  
  Work collaboratively with physicians, providers, and clinical staff

• Active New York NP or PA license
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, or similar acute-care experience
• Comfortable treating both adults and pediatric patients
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team

Active Medicaid/Medicare provider enrollment or Provider  strongly preferred. Candidates who otherwise meet the clinical requirements are encouraged to apply.
