• Provide nursing care to patients in Labor and Delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions throughout the labor process.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Support and advocate for patients and their families.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required

• At least one year of acute care RN experience required
• At least one year of acute care RN experience in Women’s Health preferred
• At least one year of acute care RN experience in Labor & Delivery preferred

• Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
• BLS certification through the AHA required
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification preferred
