As our Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care. Your leadership skills will be vital in building and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment, where our nurses can provide exceptional care to our residents.

• Oversee the administration of nursing services, including staffing, scheduling, and staff development

• Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Coordinate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal healthcare outcomes

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to drive the growth and success of our organization

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing, New York State
