** Registered Nurse-Urology (RN)

* Location:

Brooklyn, NY
**** Hours/Days: 5/8.5 hour shifts, Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm*
* ** Organization:

** In This Role, You Will:**
* ** Administer androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) and testosterone injections in accordance with provider orders and established protocols.**
* ** Perform bladder instillations and assist with percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS) treatments.**
* ** Perform suprapubic and Foley catheter changes and related catheter care.**
* ** Assist with office base procedures during the pre, intra, and post op phases.**
* ** Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient phone calls, including education, instruction, and follow-up.**
* ** Manage provider inbox messages and complete timely patient call-backs and clinical triage.**
* ** Support provider workflows and assist with day-to-day clinical operations as needed.**
* ** Participate in on-site training and contribute to the orientation and training of staff.**
* ** Document all care, treatments, and patient communications accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record**##
** We Require:**
* ** Valid New York State RN License**
* ** Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.**
* ** Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills.**
* ** Proficiency with an EMR (preferred)**
* ** Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer, standing, bending and reaching**
* ** Knowledge of standard precautions and the ability to utilize appropriate PPE when administering cytotoxic agents and handling blood borne pathogens and bodily fluids**
* ** Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.**
* ** Reliable transportation to travel to NYCBS locations for patient care needs**##
