Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA; Long Term Care

CNA – LTC

8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (40 hours per week). Night shift from 22:45 to 07:15. Every other weekend required upon center request.

Start dates occur every two weeks due to orientation schedule. Compliance takes 1.5-2 weeks, with no medication passes. Weekend shifts may be required based on the center's needs.

• 1 year plus of LTC/Skilled Nursing experience.
• Experience with Alzheimer's & Dementia patient population.
• Must have NY State License - no license hits allowed.
• Certifications required: BLS.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Assist patients with daily living activities.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during their stay.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for patients.

RTO only approved at time of submission. Call-outs must be given with ample notice, more than 24 hours prior. Dress code: any solid color scrubs and closed-toe shoes. Parking is free.
