Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN; Long Term Care

LVN – LTC

8-hour night shifts, 5 days per week. Position requires work every other weekend upon facility request.

• Active NY State License (no license hits allowed)
• Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
• BLS certification required
• Must pass a medication administration test and clinical observation
• Strong attendance and punctuality required

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform medication passes accurately and safely
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies
• Supervise CNAs on assigned units
