LPN – Long-Term Care

Schedule:

Shift: 3x12-hour Days (06:45 - 19:15). Every other weekend required upon request.

Assignment Details:
Contract length is determined by facility needs. Compliance process takes 1.5-2 weeks.

Requirements:

• Active NY State License (no license hits allowed)
• Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care experience required
• Must have current BLS certification
• Must be able to pass a medication administration test and clinical observation
• Strong attendance and punctuality required

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform medication passes accurately and safely.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies.
• Supervise CNAs on assigned units.
