Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN; Long Term Care

LVN – LTC

Schedule:

8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (evening shift). Every other weekend required upon facility request.

Assignment Details:
Contract length: as applicable. Must be flexible with scheduling needs.

Requirements:

• Active NY State License (no license hits allowed)
• Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Must pass a medication administration test and clinical observation
• Strong attendance and punctuality required

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform medication passes accurately and safely
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies
• Supervise CNAs on assigned units
