Schedule

Shift: WEEKENDS ONLY - 8-hour shifts with flexibility on schedule but must cover weekends.

Assignment Details

Every two weeks start date due to orientation schedule.

Requirements

• Must have NY State License - no license hits allowed.
• 1 year plus of long-term care or skilled nursing experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• Every other weekend required upon facility request.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Support residents with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
