LPN – LTC

Schedule:

5x8 hour shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Weekend requirement: every other weekend. Holiday requirement: must be available to work every other holiday if needed.

Assignment Details:
Contract length: 13 weeks. Must submit scheduling requests upon submission.

Requirements:

• Active New York Single State LPN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• EPIC charting experience required.
• Must be willing to float within skillset.
• Ratios: 1:10.
• Locals accepted at $10 less per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care as prescribed in the care plan.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document patient condition regularly.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
