• Coordinate care delivery using labor productivity data to plan and evaluate staffing patterns.

• Design, implement, and evaluate programs to ensure compliance with standards and policies.

Education:

• Master's degree in nursing required

Experience:

• At least three years of pertinent clinical practice
• Preferred 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current Registered Professional Nurse licensure in New York State
• Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
• Certification in nursing leadership required
