• Design, implement, and evaluate programs to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.

• Master's degree in nursing required

• At least three years of pertinent clinical practice
• Preferred 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience

• Current Registered Professional Nurse licensure in New York State
• Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
• Certification in nursing leadership required upon eligibility
