Scheduling Details and Charting
Shift hours/Contract Length: 5x8 3p-11:30p / 13 weeks.
Weekend Requirement:
Every other weekend.
Charting: EPIC experience required.
RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests:
Must submit requests upon submission.
Call off Policy:
The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours.
Holiday Requirement:
Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed.
