About the Role:As an LPN with Meridian Nurse, you'll have the opportunity to work in a safe and supportive environment that encourages learning and development. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the well-being and vitality of our Queens neighborhood.
Responsibilities:- Provide professional patient care services under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers
- Document patient care services and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in staff development and continuing education opportunities
- Maintain current licensure and certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New York
- Part-time schedule guaranteed
- Competitive pay rate of $1600- $2400 a week
