Registered Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Absolut Care of Aurora Park in East Aurora, New York. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Job Summary:

$40-$42 an hour

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures to promote quality care and patient safety
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and job satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify and address areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
