Part Time. Days.

Bertrand Chaffee Hospital in Springville, New York, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team! You will play a vital role in providing high-quality outpatient care and support patients of diverse ages and their families.

As key member of our Orthopedic and Rheumatology teams, you'll perform patient care tasks under supervision of Physician and Physician Assistant including case finding, health teaching, health counseling, and providing supportive and restorative care within the established care plan. Duties include rooming, vitals, history, dressing wounds, preparing patient for tests, providing feedback to physicians and physician assistants. Other standard duties as assigned.

Hours:

Mon - Wed 7a-4:30p, Fri 7:30a-12p

• HS Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of accredited Licensed Practical nursing program
• Licensed and currently registered as a NYS Licensed Practical Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
