Dialysis RN Registered Nurse
This position is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 12 hour shifts, anywhere from 5am-8pm.

About the Dialysis RN Registered Nurse Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis RN Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Dialysis RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to our dialysis patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. Your expertise and passion for patient care will enable our patients to receive the best possible outcomes.
Dialysis RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to dialysis patients, including administering medications, monitoring patient condition, and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and rehabilitation services
- Conduct patient assessments, identify patient needs, and develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures, medications, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current RN license in the state of New York
- Prior experience in dialysis nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
