New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator for Cyberknife programs in Setauket, NY and Bohemia, NY. You will work with the radiation oncology team to guide patients through treatment, educate them, and coordinate appointments.
The ideal candidate has NY RN license, BLS, 2+ years outpatient experience, and comfort with EMR. Travel to NYI locations if needed; patient navigation certification is a plus.
