Ocean Gardens Care Center in Arverne, NY is seeking a registered nurse for a 280-bed skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will hold an NY RN license, have experience with MDS 3.0 and care planning, and be prepared to work in a long-term care setting. Experience as Nursing Care Coordinator or Unit Nurse Manager is a plus, and Sigma Care EMR knowledge is beneficial.
In-person work with 8-hour shifts. Relocation to Arverne, NY is required with reliable commuting.
