The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Somers, NY is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for per diem shifts. You will provide care for residents in the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit, perform medication administration, vital signs, and collaborate with physicians and families.
Current LPN license is required; this role involves supervising CNAs and delivering resident education. Per diem schedule with competitive hourly pay up to $42 per hour.
