? The Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Niceville is excited to welcome a new graduate Emergency Veterinarian (ER DVM) to our team.

This position is specifically designed for veterinarians who are eager to gain hands-on ER experience with the support of tailored mentorship and training. No prior emergency medicine experience is required—just a passion for learning, collaboration, and providing exceptional patient care.

• Predictable shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts if desired

What We Offer

• Structured Mentorship: Direct training and guidance from seasoned ER veterinarians in a collaborative, teaching-focused culture
• Competitive Pay: $1,000 per shift during training; post-training, $1,000 per shift OR 25% production (whichever is greater)

Ideal Candidate

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
• Eligible for or actively pursuing a Florida veterinary license (we cover transfer fees)
• Motivated to learn and grow in emergency and critical care veterinary medicine
• Strong communicator and team player with a compassionate approach
