• Harvesting vegetables and flowers
• Washing, sorting, and packing produce
• Planting, cultivating, and weeding crops
• Preventative pest and bug management (organic‑minded practices)
• General field upkeep and light preventative maintenance
• Assisting with day‑to‑day farm tasks as needed

• Enjoys physical outdoor work in varying weather
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Attention to detail and care when handling produce
• Prior farm or garden experience is a plus, but not required

• Part‑time, seasonal position
