• Field Operations:
  Arrive punctually for smooth project execution;
  Ensure landscape areas are clean before mowing;
  Clear weeds and debris from sidewalks and garden beds;
  Report any property damage to the Foreman;
  Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment.
• Client Interactions:
  Uphold professionalism and courtesy at all times;
  Wear a neat uniform consistently;
  Be ready to address client inquiries;
  Utilize appropriate equipment for various tasks.
• Equipment Management:
  Complete necessary training and obtain certification for essential equipment (mowers, blowers, edgers, etc.);
  Conduct routine maintenance and servicing on tools;
  Master correct loading and unloading techniques for equipment.
• Safety Practices:
  Engage in company orientation and safety training;
  Follow all safety protocols diligently;
  Attend safety meetings regularly;
  Utilize safety equipment as required.

• Exhibit a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to meet deadlines and understand subsequent steps in task completion.
• Eagerness to accept new responsibilities and projects.
• Committed to going above and beyond in job performance.
• Enjoy contributing as part of a collaborative team.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 pounds on a regular basis.
• Comfortable working in diverse outdoor conditions, including wet or humid environments.
