• Set the medical vision for the practice and drive it forward
• Guide and mentor an enthusiastic team of veterinarians and support staff
• Ensure the highest standards of patient care and client communication
• Perform advanced medical and surgical procedures with confidence
• Collaborate on exciting business initiatives and clinic expansion
• Represent Bayside Animal Hospital, A Pet One Veterinary Hospital, in the local veterinary and pet-loving community

You're not just a veterinarian — you're a passionate leader with:

• 5+ years of hands‑on veterinary experience
• Proven management or leadership background
• A strong surgical skillset
• Stellar communication and collaboration skills
• A desire to grow and empower your team
• A NY DVM license in good standing
