Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Part-time
Salary: $18.50 per hour; compensation may be negotiable based on credentials and experience
Schedule: Flexible part-time schedule with rotating Saturday morning shifts required

Ridge Animal Hospital is looking to add a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to our front desk team. Our Veterinary Receptionists are the face of our practice and play an important role in supporting our hospital’s reputation, clients, patients, and team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves animals, enjoys helping people, and wants to start or build a career in the veterinary field. A customer service background is a helpful fit, and we’re looking for someone who brings warmth, dependability, and strong communication skills to every client interaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage multiple phone lines with professionalism and care
  • Book appointments and support daily hospital scheduling
  • Greet clients and patients warmly as they arrive
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming reception area
  • Support clients and patients by providing excellent customer service
  • Communicate clearly with the veterinary team to help keep the day running smoothly
