• $150,000–$240,000 base salary + production

At URvet Care, we believe great doctors should have the resources, support and clinical freedom to practice great medicine. Our teams manage high-acuity emergency and critical care cases, complex hospitalized patients and emergency surgical cases.

Depending on location, our advanced capabilities include CT, ultrasound, digital radiography, STAT in-house diagnostics, ICU and critical care, overnight hospitalization, emergency surgery and specialty collaboration.

But great emergency medicine isn’t just about having the right equipment. It’s about having the right people around you. You’ll work alongside experienced veterinarians, technicians and medical professionals who understand what ER medicine demands and who show up for each other when it matters.

We want our doctors to take ownership of their cases, trust their clinical judgment, continue developing their emergency and surgical skills and practice medicine they’re genuinely proud of. And we think your life outside the hospital matters too. Full-time at URvet Care means three 12-hour shifts per week, with flexible scheduling.

We’re looking for compassionate, confident and highly motivated veterinarians who love emergency medicine, make sound clinical decisions under pressure, communicate well and care deeply about their patients and their team.

Emergency or urgent care experience is preferred, but strong veterinarians who are serious about building their careers in emergency medicine are encouraged to reach out.

DVM or equivalent degree and appropriate state veterinary licensure required.
